Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Architect focused on a high-profile resort project based in Mumbai. The Senior Architect will be responsible for overseeing architectural design, developing creative concepts, and ensuring the seamless integration of design elements into the project. The role involves managing project workflows, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring timely project delivery within scope and standards. The Senior Architect will act as a leader and guide for the architectural team, translating vision into actionable plans and ensuring excellence at all stages of development.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a demonstrated ability to conceptualize and execute innovative designs.
• Strong Project Management skills, including planning, organizing resources, managing timelines, and adhering to project requirements.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in architectural design software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent, is highly desirable.
• A degree in Architecture or a related field; relevant certifications
• Prior experience in large-scale projects within the hospitality or resort sector is a significant plus.
