Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Architect role based in Chennai. The Senior Architect will lead architectural and interior design projects, working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver world-class solutions. Responsibilities include overseeing project management, creating architectural designs, ensuring seamless integration of technology, coordinating with teams, and supervising project execution to maintain quality and timeliness. The ideal candidate will mentor junior staff, provide oversight, and stay updated on the latest architectural trends and software technologies.

Qualifications

• Extensive expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, including space planning and structural design
• Proficiency in using high-end design software and tools for advanced visualization and rendering
• Experience in Project Management, including scheduling, planning, and monitoring project progress
• Understanding of Integration between design, construction, and technology-driven solutions
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong communication and client relationship-building abilities
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Professional certification and prior experience in handling large, complex projects are advantageous
