Job Summary
Responsible for working with Delivery Teams and Business Stakeholders to design and guide solutions involving Web and Mobile Channels keeping in mind of:
- Client Experience,
- Bank-Wide Strategies,
- Regulatory Requirements,
- Security, and
- Industry Best Practices.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy
- Contribute to the advancement of WRB's Interactive Channels Strategy.
- Contribute to the advancement of Web and Mobile Platforms.
- Identify opportunities to enhance Customer Experience through Web and Mobile Technologies in the following areas:
- User Experience
- Availability and Reliability
- Security
Business
- Identify recurring problems from business stakeholders that can be addressed through changes to the Channels Architecture.
Processes
- Collaborate with Delivery Teams to arrive at solutions that fit within Bank-wide strategies.
- Contribute to the industrialization of the Channels Architecture Review process.
Risk Management
- Through the review of Solution Intents involving Web and Mobile channels, identify risks to that may adversely affect customers who are using these channels.
Governance
- Participate in the Architecture Review Process.
