Senior Architect

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Architect role located in Chennai. The successful candidate will oversee architectural designs and projects, ensure integration of design elements, and manage end-to-end project execution. Responsibilities include creating innovative and functional design solutions, leading a team of professionals, and ensuring quality, compliance, and timeliness in project delivery. Collaboration with internal stakeholders and clients to meet project objectives is a key part of the position.

Qualifications

• Telugu and Hindi language should known compulsory
• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Should have experience in Model house design
• Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Proficiency in Software Development and System Integration for architectural projects
• Strong skills in Project Management with the ability to oversee timelines, resources, and delivery
• Proven leadership and collaboration skills to manage teams and coordinate with stakeholders
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Material knowledge & vendor end - end handling
• Experience in interior design or residential projects is an advantage
