Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Senior Architect. The role involves leading architectural design projects from conception to completion, developing and integrating innovative solutions, and overseeing the architectural planning process. The Senior Architect will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and ensure that all designs align with client requirements and company quality standards.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a strong understanding of design principles and aesthetics
• Experience in Project Management, including planning, execution, and delivering results on tight deadlines
• Proficiency in Software Development and Integration as they pertain to architectural tools and processes
• Strong analytical, collaboration, and leadership skills to guide multidisciplinary teams
• Proficient in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Experience in sustainable or green building design is a bonus
• Understanding of construction materials, methods, and regulations is highly preferred
• Ability to effectively communicate and present ideas to clients and stakeholders
