Candidate Profile:

1) Dynamic Architects geared to excel individually & in a team.

Applicants should be very well versed with AutoCAD 2D/ZWCAD.

Knowledge of MS Office, Excel &PowerPoint.

Experience of Project-Execution & Coordinating is a required.

Knowledge/ Experience of DCPR 2034 & Submission Dwgs shall be preferred.

Knowledge of software, viz. Revit, Photoshop shall be preferred.

Job Responsibilities include:

To Lead or assist in Design Presentations, Design Development, Working Drawings & Execution.

Coordination with Clients & Consultants for above.

To assist Liaisoning team in preparation of Submission drawings.

2) Senior Archtiects for Project Management consultancy , To Co ordiante with Societies , Feasibility , Tendering for Development , comparision of Bids , Following protocols on Getting Entire Tender process and Guiding in Development agreement with legal team for societies

Experience:

2years to 8Years, CTC : Best in Market practices
