Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Designer/Architect to lead the design and execution of Museum/ Cultural projects from concept through completion. The ideal candidate will bring extensive technical knowledge, design innovation, leadership skills, and a strong understanding of Museum/ Cultural facilities. This role involves managing teams, collaborating with clients and consultants, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest design standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design process from conceptualization to final execution.

Manage and mentor junior architects, designers, and project teams.

Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and translate them into innovative design solutions.

Prepare, review, and approve architectural drawings, specifications, and documentation.

Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to design intent.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 812 years of professional experience in architecture/Design projects preferably Museums or Cultural projects.

Strong portfolio showcasing large-scale, complex, or innovative projects.

Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Knowledge of sustainable design practices and green building standards (LEED, IGBC, etc.).
