This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Architect located in Surat. The Senior Architect will lead architectural design processes, oversee project management, and ensure seamless integration of design elements. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing design concepts, managing project timelines, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining high standards of quality and compliance with regulations. The Senior Architect will also have a leadership role in guiding junior team members and ensuring successful project execution.

• Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a portfolio that demonstrates innovative and functional projects
• Knowledge of Software Development and Integration for design tools and architectural applications
• Strong Project Management skills, including the ability to oversee timelines, budgets, and team coordination
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant tools
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaborative skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Experience in hospitality, retail, or commercial projects is a significant advantage
