About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Architect with a minimum of 4 years of professional experience to lead design development, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and oversee project delivery from concept to execution. The ideal candidate combines strong design sensibilities with technical expertise, leadership qualities, and a proactive approach to solving complex architectural challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Development

Lead conceptualization, schematic design, and design development for assigned projects.

Produce high-quality presentations, drawings, and detail packages.

Ensure design intent is maintained throughout documentation and execution.

Project Management

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project flow.

Manage project timelines, deliverables, and documentation standards.

Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and resolve on-site queries when required.

Technical Documentation

Prepare detailed architectural drawings, construction documents, and specifications.

Review and approve shop drawings, material samples, and RFIs.

Ensure adherence to building codes, regulations, and best practices.

Collaboration & Leadership

Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.

Facilitate clear communication between all project stakeholders.

Provide strategic input during project reviews and client meetings.

Requirements

Education & Experience

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.

Minimum 4 years of full-time professional experience in an architectural practice.

Skills & Competencies

Strong design, visualization, and conceptual thinking abilities.

Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion and Photoshop.

Solid understanding of construction technologies, materials, and detailing.

Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in residential, commercial, institutional, or mixed-use projects

Familiarity with sustainable design principles and green building standards.

Ability to lead client presentations and discussions independently.
