About the Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Architect to join our design team. As a multidisciplinary firm, we offer a unique environment where design meets project management. You will be responsible for leading projects through the full lifecyclefrom initial schematic design to construction administration (office-based coordination).

This role is ideal for candidates who are looking to gain experience in high-impact, large-scale projects and are planning to pursue higher studies in the future.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Development: Create innovative design concepts, site plans, and 3D models for large-scale public and urban projects.
• Documentation: Prepare and oversee high-quality construction documents, including detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, and technical specifications.
• Engineering Coordination: Collaborate closely with structural, MEP, and civil engineers to integrate complex building systems into a cohesive design.
• Construction Administration: Perform periodic site visits to monitor progress, review RFIs, and ensure on-site execution aligns strictly with approved drawings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: B.Arch from an accredited institution (COA registration preferred).
• Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in AutoCAD are mandatory. Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and MS Office is required for presentations and documentation.
• Mindset: Strong analytical thinking and a keen eye for urban-scale detailing.

• 13 Years Experience: 20,000 25,000
