At ELFA Spaces, we are redefining how spaces are builtfocusing on modular, efficient, and sustainable construction. We are looking for a Senior Architect with 5 to 7 years of experience to join our growing team in Bangalore. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to shape design outcomes, oversee project execution, and ensure quality from concept to completion.
What You Will Be Doing
- Contribute to the design and development of architectural projects, collaborating with senior architects and engineers.
- Develop detailed construction drawings and 3D models using Revit or SketchUp.
- Participate in site visits and surveys to gather essential project data.
- Work closely with internal teams to brainstorm and implement efficient, innovative design solutions.
- Assist in preparing project proposals, client presentations, and technical reports.
- Ensure compliance with local and national building codes, regulations, and sustainability guidelines.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and vendors to manage material procurement and project logistics.
- Support project management activities such as budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Conduct quality inspections during execution to ensure alignment with design intent and project timelines.
- Continuously stay updated with the latest architectural trends, tools, and sustainable design practices.
What We Expect
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in architectural design and construction project management.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and BIM workflows.
- Familiarity with local building codes and exposure to green building certifications such as LEED or IGBC is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and engage with clients and contractors.
- Detail-oriented approach to design with a strong problem-solving mindset.
