Senior Architect

Habitar is a Jaipur-based architecture and interior design firm, known for creating contextually appropriate and unique solutions. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for a Senior Architect at Habitar. The Senior Architect will oversee architectural design projects, manage project lifecycles, and ensure plans meet functional, aesthetic, and sustainability standards. Responsibilities also include software integration for design processes, team collaboration, and client communication to deliver tailored architectural solutions.

• Expertise in Architectural Design and a strong understanding of core architectural principles
• Experience in Project Management and the ability to manage timelines, resources, and teams to deliver projects successfully
• Proficiency in relevant design and integration software to create, refine, and implement designs
• Strong understanding of architecture, functionality, and sustainable design practices
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
• Prior experience in an architecture or design-focused role
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Rajasthan is a plus
