Role & Responsibilities:
- Oversee project execution from start to finish, ensuring high-quality and functional design.
- Develop ideas based on department needs, usage, and environmental impact.
- Create detailed blueprints and correct any necessary changes.
- Compile project specifications and ensure adherence to budgets and timelines.
- Ensure all works meet required standards, codes, and regulations.
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress.
- Collaborate with construction professionals and stay updated with architectural trends.
Requirements & Skills:
- Master's degree in Architecture with 8-10 years of experience as an Architect.
- Registered Architect.
- Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, regulations, and quality standards.
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, 3D Studio VIZ).
- Strong imagination and ability to create in three dimensions.
- Excellent visual awareness, communication, and project management skills.
Work Environment: Flexibility in hours may be required to meet deadlines and coordinate with teams.
