Position Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Architect with strong experience in construction execution, coordination, and design integration. The candidate will play a key role in bridging design and on-site execution, ensuring projects are delivered as per drawings, timelines, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural planning and ensure alignment with construction execution
- Review and develop working drawings, GFC drawings, and construction details
- Coordinate closely with site engineers, contractors, and consultants
- Ensure design feasibility and resolve site-level challenges
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality
- Ensure adherence to building codes, safety standards, and project specifications
- Manage project timelines and support cost-effective execution
- Handle client interactions related to design and modifications
- Guide and supervise junior architects and drafting teams
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum 4+ years of experience, preferably in construction or design + execution roles
- Strong knowledge of working drawings, construction detailing, and site coordination
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office
- Good understanding of materials, construction methods, and site practices
- Strong communication and coordination skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in residential construction projects (villas/apartments)
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Problem-solving mindset with practical site knowledge
