Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and manage the design process from Working drawings stage to completion.
* Work closely with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure design intent is maintained.
* Review architectural drawings, plans, and specifications for accuracy and compliance with project standards.
* Facilitate design reviews, approvals, and documentation control.
* Liaise between design teams and project management to resolve design-related issues.
* Ensure adherence to building codes, safety standards, and local regulations.
* Support value engineering initiatives without compromising design quality.
* Maintain design schedules and track deliverables to meet project milestones.
* Prepare and present design-related reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
* Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in design coordination, preferably in [real estate / infrastructure / commercial projects].
* Proficiency in design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office Suite.
* Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
