Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site Senior Architect role located in Belapur, Navi Mumbai.
- The Senior Architect will be responsible for overseeing the conceptualization, planning, and design of architectural projects.
- Sr. Architect must have working experience of Navi Mumbai. He/she should be well versed about Municipal/Cidco Rules and Standards (UDCPR).
- Designing, Planning, Creating and executing building elevation designs and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications
- Municipal drawing making & Liaising with construction professionals about the feasibility of potential projects.
- Working around constraining factors such as town planning legislation, environmental impact and project budget as per requirements.
- Coordinating with the Clients, Site Engineers, Contractor, Project Managers, Quantity surveyors & team members.
- Conducting meetings with client and site visits.
- Specifying the requirements for the project, adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during construction.
- Organisational, project management and planning skills including the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- An analytical mind with excellent problem-solving and mathematical ability
- Leadership skills and ability to work well within a team of other professionals an awareness of the specific environmental and social impact of your projects.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Architecture, Architectural Design, and creating detailed project plans ( Municipal & Execution)
- Experience in Project Management, including coordinating teams and managing budgets and schedules
- Familiarity with Integration and the ability to incorporate various technological and functional elements into architectural projects
- Proficiency in architectural software and tools, with the ability to adopt emerging technologies
- Exceptional problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Professional licensing and certifications are desirable
- 5+ years of experience in architectural design and project leadership
