Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Interior Architect based in Chennai. The Interior Architect will be responsible for designing and planning spaces, developing interior architecture layouts, and managing the execution of interior fit-outs. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with clients to understand their needs, conceptualizing innovative designs, supervising project progress, and ensuring high-quality delivery. The role requires working closely with a cross-functional team to deliver tailored solutions for clients.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design to develop effective and visually appealing layouts.
• Expertise in Architecture and Interior Architecture, demonstrating a deep understanding of design principles and structural elements.
• Experience with Interior Fit-out processes, ensuring high-quality execution and project delivery.
• Strong communication and client management skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and meet project requirements.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other relevant tools is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous professional experience in a similar role is considered a valuable asset.
