Job Description

  • Lead endtoend architectural design for commercial, mixeduse, office, and retail projects
  • Translate concepts into functional, buildable, and commercially viable design solutions
  • Produce highquality drawings, including working drawings, detailed drawings, and tender documentation
  • Present design concepts clearly to clients, consultants, and internal teams
  • Coordinate closely with structural, MEP, and other consultants to ensure technical feasibility
  • Conduct site reviews to ensure seamless design implementation and resolve onsite challenges
  • Mentor junior architects while maintaining ownership of design quality and project outcomes
  • Bring strong conceptual design skills supported by robust experience in commercial architecture and relevant software proficiency

The Successful Applicant

  • An experienced architect (around 9-12 years) with a strong portfolio in commercial and mixeduse projects
  • A handson designer with strong conceptual and technical skills, especially in AutoCAD
  • A clear communicator who can handle clients, consultants, and design presentations confidently
  • Someone who collaborates well with MEP/structural teams and can problemsolve on site
