This role is for someone who wants to move beyond drawing buildings and become a design leader shaping city-scale impact.

We are looking for a Senior Architect with 8–10 years of experience to lead design development, project coordination, authority strategy, and delivery management across premium architectural projects.

You will work directly with the Founder and lead a team of architects, BIM professionals, consultants, and external stakeholders.

• Lead concept design to design development stages
• Develop massing, façade language, and planning strategies
• Create strong presentations for clients and developers
• Ensure design quality aligns with studio vision

• Manage projects from feasibility to handover
• Prepare project timelines and internal task allocation
• Lead consultant coordination meetings
• Review drawings before client and site issue
• Resolve design and technical conflicts proactively

• Lead residential and commercial tower planning
• Understand DCPR, fire, parking, and service integration
• Coordinate structure, MEP, façade, and liaison teams
• Review podium, basement, vertical circulation, and service cores
• Ensure efficient carpet-to-saleable optimization

• Strong command over Revit-based documentation workflows
• Lead BIM standards across the project team
• Manage model coordination and clash review
• Improve SOPs and studio delivery systems

• Guide project architects, junior architects, and interns
• Conduct drawing reviews and design critiques
• Build a culture of accountability and excellence
• Support hiring and team training initiatives
  

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
• 8–10 years of professional experience
• Strong experience in high-rise residential / commercial towers
• Expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM workflows
• Strong knowledge of Mumbai building regulations and authority drawings
• Experience handling consultant and client coordination
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Ability to independently lead multiple projects

• Experience in luxury villas, High Rise Towers (Residential & Commercial) or mixed-use developments
• Knowledge of parametric tools, Dynamo, AI Tools
• Team leadership and mentoring experience
• Experience working directly with developers
• Strong commercial and feasibility understanding
