Senior Architect

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune Division for a Senior Architect. The Senior Architect will be responsible for leading architectural design projects, creating innovative and sustainable design solutions, and managing projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities include collaborating with team members, integrating architectural designs with various technological systems, and ensuring projects are executed with precision and efficiency. The role requires coordination with clients, contractors, and consultants to deliver high-quality outcomes.

• Proven expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Proficiency in Software Development and Integration relevant to architectural tools
• Strong Project Management skills to lead and deliver large-scale designs
• Knowledge of sustainable and eco-friendly design principles
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
• Relevant experience in resort or residential design is a plus
