Your Role
As an Appian Senior Architect, you will be responsible for defining solution architecture, leading application design, and ensuring governance and delivery excellence across Appian programs. You will work closely with stakeholders, development teams, and leadership to build scalable, high-performing, and secure enterprise applications.
In this role, you will:
- Lead end-to-end application solution design and define Appian architecture aligned with business needs.
- Own and be accountable for team deliverables, technical decisions, and overall solution quality.
- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for planning, estimation, and activity definition.
- Ensure technical governance, architecture standards, and adherence to Appian best practices.
- Design highly scalable and high-performing Appian applications with optimized process models and data structures.
- Drive performance tuning, scalability improvements, and proactive risk mitigation.
- Conduct design and code reviews to ensure quality, reusability, and maintainability.
- Guide teams on Appian development standards, process modeling, and data management strategies.
- Oversee API integrations and backend connectivity using RESTful services and enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery, deployment, and support.
- Manage team coordination, provide technical mentorship, and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Handle conflict resolution, dependency management, and issue escalation within the team.
Your Profile
- Extensive experience in Appian architecture and enterprise application development.
- Strong expertise in Appian process design, implementation, and solution architecture.
- Solid understanding of RDBMS concepts, data modeling, and data management strategies.
- Proven experience with API integration (REST) and system-to-system communication.
- Strong command over Appian platform capabilities and architectural best practices.
- Excellent English communication skills with the ability to engage business and technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and team management capabilities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
