Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Architect for a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Senior Architect will lead design projects, collaborate with clients to understand requirements, and oversee architectural designs to ensure they align with client goals and industry standards. Responsibilities also include coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring successful project execution from concept development to project completion.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a proven ability to create and execute innovative designs.
• Proficiency in Software Development and Integration to adapt and utilize design technologies.
• Experience in Project Management, including planning, team coordination, and delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Experience with relevant design software and tools commonly used in the industry.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and mentorship abilities to guide teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations is an advantage.
