Job Title - Senior Architect
Projects - Commercial, Residential and Institutional
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- 4 - 10 years of experience in architectural design and project execution.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office.
- Knowledge of Revit, ArchicadD5 Render, Enscape, Lumion, and other design visualization tools, M.S. Word suit, Adobe Suite will be add on.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
- Excellent design, technical detailing. Problem identification and observation.
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and consultants.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
Job Description
1.Design Development & Execution:
- Lead the design process
- Prepare and review designs, presentation, architectural drawings, plans, and technical details.
2.Project Coordination & Collaboration:
- Collaborate and coordinate with internal architectural team and external consultants.
- Observe and address technical issues and provide design solutions during the project lifecycle.
3.Technical Expertise & Quality Control:
- Preparing and reviewing detailed working drawings, plans, and technical details
- Conduct periodic site visits
- Ensure the progress, accuracy, quality, and consistency of design documentation.
4.Deliverable Planning & Execution:
- Plan and manage the timely delivery of design documentation, drawings, and presentation materials.
- Preparing and ensuring project phase and its completion
- Flag any scheduling discrepancies
5.Team Support & Mentorship:
- Mentor and guide Junior Architects, providing technical support and design direction.
6.Client & Stakeholder Interaction:
- Support client presentations and participate in design discussions.
- Ensure client feedback is incorporated into design revisions.
