We are seeking to hire experienced Architects with 10+ years of expertise in Revit, capable of leading large-scale commercial and high-rise residential projects from concept to completion. Location: Mumbai & Bangalore
Role Objective: To contribute as a Revit Architect in delivering large-scale commercial and high-rise residential projects, leveraging BIM expertise to support design development from concept through completion, ensuring coordination accuracy, efficiency, and design integrity.
Areas of Responsibility
1. Client Requirement & Brief Development
- Engage with clients to understand functional needs, business goals, design intent, and project constraints.
- Translate client inputs into clear design briefs, space programs, and technical requirements.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design discussions.
2. Concept Design & Space Planning
- Develop concept designs aligned with project vision, site conditions, and regulatory norms.
- Working in tandem with the Design cell and Design Directors
- Prepare layout options, zoning studies, and initial design narratives.
- Ensure optimal space utilization, circulation efficiency, and design feasibility.
3. Design Development & Detailing
- Advance approved concepts into detailed design solutions using Revit.
- Prepare GFC (Good for Construction) drawings, detailed layouts, and technical documentation.
- Develop joinery details, material specifications, and coordination drawings.
4. BIM Modelling & Documentation
- Create and manage accurate BIM models for architectural scope.
- Generate coordinated drawings, schedules, and BOQs from Revit.
- Maintain drawing standards, version control, and documentation protocols.
5. Approvals & Compliance
- Prepare drawings required for statutory approvals and liaise with consultants for submissions.
- Ensure designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and project guidelines.
- Incorporate feedback from authorities and stakeholders into design revisions.
6. Coordination with Consultants & Teams
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants to ensure clash-free design.
- Work closely with internal teams (design, 3D, site, vendors) for seamless execution.
- Conduct coordination meetings and resolve design conflicts proactively.
7. Site Supervision & Execution Support
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure design intent is maintained.
- Address site queries, provide clarifications, and issue revised drawings when required.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to timelines.
8. Project Follow-ups & Stakeholder Management
- Track project milestones and ensure timely delivery of drawings and deliverables.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
- Provide status updates and escalate risks where necessary.
9. Pricing, BOQs & Product Knowledge
- Assist in preparing BOQs, cost estimates, and material specifications.
- Develop strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and vendor products.
- Support value engineering initiatives without compromising design quality.
10. Sales & Business Development Support
- Assist in preparing design presentations, proposals, and pitch decks.
- Contribute to client acquisition through design inputs and technical expertise.
- Support business development teams during client interactions and presentations.
