Senior Architect

*Senior Architect* with 8+ years of work experience in *luxury residential projects* , required for a *reputed real estate developer* based in *Andheri (West)* , Mumbai

*Candidates with experience in luxury high-rise residential projects will be preferred*

JD:

- *Lead design development for luxury residential towers and redevelopment projects*

- Prepare architectural conceptual drawings aligned with project briefs and client expectations

- *Develop municipal drawings* and *ensure compliance with DCR, RERA, and local authority* regulations

- Prepare detailed working drawings (GFCs) for site execution and contractor guidance

- *Coordinate with RCC (structural) consultants, MEP consultants, and other specialists* to ensure design integrity

- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure adherence to design and quality standards

- Engage with society representatives, housing committees, and consultants for redevelopment planning and approvals

- *Provide 3D visualizations, design presentations, and drawings* for internal management, investors, and regulatory bodies

- *Maintain updated project documentation, approvals, and NOCs from municipal authorities (BMC, MHADA, SRA, etc.)*

Salary *upto Rs 15 lakhs per annum* (can be increasesd slightly)
