About the Role:
We're looking for a Senior Architect AI & Enterprise Development, a highly skilled technology leader with a strong background in enterprise architecture and AI-driven solutions. In this role, you'll lead architecture and solution design for large-scale enterprise clients, driving AI-enabled digital transformation and ensuring scalable, secure, and innovative outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead architecture and solutioning for enterprise-grade applications with a focus on AI/ML integration.
- Partner directly with clients to understand business challenges and design innovative, cost-effective, and scalable solutions.
- Act as a technology evangelist, introducing and implementing next-gen AI and enterprise frameworks.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering and delivery teams.
- Ensure the architectural quality, scalability, and security of solutions.
- Conduct feasibility assessments and build POCs to validate new ideas and approaches.
Skills & Experience Required:
- 6+ years in enterprise software development, with 1+ years in architecture or solutioning.
- Proven expertise in AI/ML frameworks (such as Tensor Flow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Lang Chain, Open AI APIs), enterprise platforms, and cloud-native architectures using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong grasp of distributed systems, microservices, and modern design patterns; hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, REST/gRPC, Kafka, and Radis.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills; ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Based in Delhi/NCR and comfortable engaging with enterprise clients.
- Demonstrated ability to lead in fast-paced environments and deliver high-impact solutions.
Good to Have:
- Exposure to enterprise sectors such as BFSI, Retail, or Consulting.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools like GitLab, Jira, Trello, and Zoom.
