Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Architect, located in Noida. The Senior Architect will oversee architectural design projects, develop detailed plans, and ensure integration of innovative ideas and technical solutions within design projects. The role involves collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure project timelines and objectives are met while maintaining industry standards and quality. Additionally, the Senior Architect will play a key role in managing project execution and ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a focus on creative and functional spaces
- Understanding of Software Development and Integration to incorporate technology-driven solutions within projects
- Strong Project Management skills, with the ability to oversee timelines, resources, and team responsibilities
- Excellent coordination and communication skills for working with clients and multidisciplinary teams
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proficiency with architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp)
- Experience in construction documentation and familiarity with building codes and regulations
- Prior experience in a leadership role within architecture or design is a plus
