This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Architect-Luxury Projects & Visionary Design, located in Gurugram. The Senior Architect will be responsible for overseeing architectural design and planning for luxury projects, ensuring impeccable aesthetics and functional results. Primary responsibilities include creating visionary architectural designs, managing projects from conception to completion, coordinating with internal teams, and integrating advanced wood engineering technologies. The role requires collaboration with clients to understand their unique needs and develop bespoke design solutions with attention to detail and innovation.

• Proficient in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience working on high-end, luxury projects
• Strong Project Management skills, with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and multi-disciplinary teams
• Knowledge of Software Development and Integration relevant to architectural tools and technologies
• Experience with innovative and sustainable design approaches
• Creative problem-solving abilities paired with technical competence
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Proficiency with relevant architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, 3D modeling tools) is an advantage
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage with clients, suppliers, and team members
