We have an opening for Senior Architect for Mumbai location.

Job Description

Lead architectural design and planning for high-rise residential projects, ensuring functionality, safety, and design excellence.

Oversee and contribute to projects including:

o Club Houses within residential developments

o Residential buildings (low-rise and mid-rise)

o Commercial properties

o Interior design projects

o Facade design and detailing

Ensure compliance with Mumbai Development Control Regulations (DCR) and manage redevelopment projects under various schemes.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (structural engineers, MEP consultants, contractors) to ensure seamless project execution.

Provide design leadership, mentoring junior architects, and maintaining quality standards across deliverables.

Integrate sustainability, innovation, and modern design practices into project solutions.

Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities to secure approvals and align project objectives.

International Work Experience would be an added advantage

Skills

Experience : 8 - 10 years of professional experience with Architect Firms only, with at least one completed high-rise residential project.
