Job Description

Responsibilities :

  • Acts as technical lead and subject matter expert
  • Complex issue resolution for third-party applications used in production and manufacturing.
  • Collaborate with software developers and engineering teams to support deployment, testing, and maintenance of custom solutions.
  • Leads large projects, upgrades, or cross-site implementations
  • Designs, integrates, and upgraded new manufacturing systems, tools, and technologies into the existing IT ecosystem.
  • Document system configurations, support procedures, and issue resolutions.
  • Develop training strategies and support standards
  • Advanced understanding of custom database-driven applications
  • Advanced knowledge of programming/scripting languages (e.g., SQL, Python, .NET, Java).
  • Mentors other support team members, reviews work quality and helps define IT support standards.
  • Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and change control processes.Advanced knowledge of manufacturing execution systems (MES), ERP platforms, and third-party database-driven applications.

Shift Timing :

7 :30pm until 5 :00am IST / 2 :30pm until 12 :00am IST
