Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Solution Architects and Business Development teams to define scope and solution options from RFP/RFI/RFS requirements.
Conduct deep dive ticket analytics and volumetric analysis to generate insights on current operational challenges and root causes.
Identify automation opportunities including ticket elimination, RPA/ITPA Automation, Observability & AIOps, Gen AI, and Agentic AI to reduce effort and deliver productivity gains.
Create detailed automation tooling architecture, including choice of technologies, cost models, ROI analysis, and implementation roadmaps showing year-over-year improvement.
Estimate AMS team size, Day-1 FTE, and service line views using benchmarks and ticket data.
Recommend and evaluate automation and observability tools based on capabilities, return on investment, and strategic value.
Work with Delivery Excellence leads to define internal and industry benchmarks for estimation and productivity.
Participate in deal review calls with pursuit stakeholders to present insights, analysis, and solutions.
Produce and deliver impactful presentations and dashboards to support sales and business leaders.
Stay current with emerging automation technologies and frameworks to proactively suggest adoption within proposals.
