Application Support L3 / ARO Engineer
- Own endtoend reliability, performance, and resilience of missioncritical applications
- Act as the final L3 escalation point, leading major incidents and driving permanent fixes
- Perform deep Java diagnostics including JVM tuning and thread/heap dump analysis
- Apply SRE practices such as SLIs/SLOs, error budgets, and resilience patterns
- Collaborate with Development, Architecture, Platform, and Security teams
- Drive deep RCA, automation, monitoring, and observability improvements
- Ensure production readiness, DR validation, and release risk assessments
- Mentor L1/L2 teams and enhance runbooks, SOPs, and operational standards
- 712+ years of experience in L3 Support, SRE, or Reliability Engineering
