We are looking for experiencedLead Network Engineersto support and enhance Strategys global hybrid network infrastructure, includingAzure, AWS, GCP, Stack, andStrategy physical office locations worldwide. You will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining secure, scalable, and resilient network environments that support both corporate and customer-facing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and manage secure and high-performance network architectures acrosscloud platforms(AWS, Azure, GCP, Stack) and on-premises environments.
- Lead or contribute to the network setup and maintenance ofglobal office locations, including WAN, LAN, VPN, SD-WAN, Wi-Fi, and firewall solutions.
- Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of the network infrastructure.
- Implement and maintaincloud network connectivity(VPCs, ExpressRoute, Direct Connect, VPNs, Interconnects).
- Collaborate with Cloud, DevOps, Security, and IT teams to support new deployments and infrastructure initiatives.
- Perform network assessments, audits, and optimisations for cost, performance, and security.
- Monitor and respond to network incidents, ensuring minimal downtime and rapid recovery.
- Document network topologies, procedures, and changes in a clear and organised manner.
- Mentor junior engineers and participate in technical design reviews and planning sessions.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ yearsof hands-on experience in enterprise network engineering.
