Senior Application Developer - Salesforce

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Lead the development and delivery of Salesforce projects including customizations, configurations, and data migrations.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using tools like MuleSoft, middleware platforms, or custom APIs.
• Optimize performance and ensure high code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and best practices.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
• Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of all development work.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Qualifications:
