About The Role
We're looking for a
Senior Angular Developer (68 years) to design, build, and own complex, high-quality frontend experiences for our enterprise-grade platform. This role is ideal for someone who is deeply hands-on with Angular, passionate about clean architecture, and excited to lead by example in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.
You'll play a key role in shaping the frontend foundation of our platformworking closely with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and mentoring a small team of frontend developers.
What You'll Do
- Build and own complex, scalable, and high-performance frontend features using Angular as the core technology.
- Design and develop advanced UI components, reusable libraries, and core frontend features from scratch, not just by assembling existing components.
- Lead and mentor a small frontend team of 34 developersconduct code reviews, guide design decisions, and uphold high engineering standards while remaining hands-on.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and backend teams to deliver polished, intuitive, and user-friendly experiences.
- Take ownership of frontend quality, including testing strategies, performance optimization, accessibility, and long-term maintainability.
- Drive adoption of modern frontend best practices, tools, and patterns to continuously evolve the frontend architecture and tech stack.
- Proactively identify technical gaps and suggest improvements to enhance scalability, performance, and developer experience.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 48 years of professional frontend development experience, with strong expertise in Angular.
- Proven experience building large-scale, production-grade web applications in a product-based environment.
- Strong understanding of frontend architecture, component design, state management, and performance optimization.
- Experience leading or mentoring frontend developers and owning frontend deliverables end to end.
- Solid grasp of HTML, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern UI/UX principles.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience with modern frontend tooling, performance profiling, and accessibility standards.
- Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience designing reusable design systems or component libraries.
- Exposure to enterprise SaaS platforms or complex, data-heavy applications.
