Senior Analytics Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Metric Identification Definition: Collaborate with product and operations teams to identify critical chatbot performance metrics, both operational (e.g., response time, accuracy, escalation rates) and usage-related (e.g., user interactions, retention, satisfaction).
• Data Collection Analysis: Develop and implement strategies to collect data on chatbot usage and operational performance, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Reporting Dashboards: Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders to monitor chatbot performance. Provide actionable insights through data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Trend Analysis Optimization: Analyze chatbot usage patterns, identify trends, and recommend improvements to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
• A/B Testing: Support or lead A/B testing initiatives to assess the impact of changes to chatbot features and functionality.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and UX/UI teams to ensure that insights from analytics are incorporated into ongoing chatbot development and optimization efforts.
• Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor chatbot performance to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure that metrics align with business goals.
• Present Findings: Regularly present findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders in a clear, actionable format.

• Qualifications
• Bachelors or Masterdegree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in an analytics role
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, R, or similar.
• Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio) for data visualization and reporting.
• Strong analytical thinking with a deep understanding of KPIs and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex data in an easily understandable manner.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
• Experience with chatbot data analytics or natural language processing (NLP) systems.
