Analyze client organizational structures (e.g., sales/field teams) to standardize and compare roles across companies.
Utilize and improve automation tools to generate analyses more efficiently.
Participate in the design and implementation of customized benchmarking surveys using web-based tools.

Required
Bachelor's degree
Expertise in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Power BI
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail with the ability to review and refine outputs
Strong business writing, communication, and presentation skills
36 years of experience in analytical or operations roles
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
Preferred
MBA or equivalent preferred
Experience in Incentive Compensation design, analytics, or administration
Exposure to competitor benchmarking or competitor insights analysis
Familiarity with advanced analytics techniques (PowerBI, Power Query, automation tools)
