Engineer - B.E / B.Tech / MCA

Delivery Skills :

1. Understand end-to-end Application/System design and business workflows.

-System requirement specifications, analyzing requirements, seeking inputs for writing test case, test Plan, Understanding of functional non-functional requirements and applying accurate probing techniques (Focused group discussions and Interviews) wherever appropriate

-Independently deriving the test cases from the requirements

-Ensuring correctness and completeness of builds by using configuration Management tools and its features (check in, checkout, merge, build, work area, branch, version and release numbering etc.)

-Assessing and diagnosing issues across the various testing environment

-Defect tracking and reporting, Defect verification and sign-off

-Independently undertaking both functional and non-functional testing

2. Testing principles and methodologies, testing methods (Regression testing, Usability testing, Acceptance Testing, System testing etc.),

Understanding on automation tools techniques, Continuous Integration Deployment processes.

-Should have Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills along with Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail

- Understand Agile testing methodologies and able to work on ALM tools like JIRA, TFS, AzureDevOps
