Senior Analyst, Technology Quality AssuranceLocation: Hyderabad

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Lead end-to-end testing activities including test planning, test case design, execution, defect tracking, and reporting across multiple functional modules.
- Review and analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and technical design documents to ensure testability and coverage.
- Coordinate with business analysts, developers, and product owners to clarify requirements and resolve defects.
- Manage QA activities for system, integration, UAT, and regression testing cycles.
- Define and enforce QA standards, processes, and best practices across projects.
- Track and report QA metrics, test progress, and release readiness to stakeholders.
- Support audit and compliance requirements by maintaining test artifacts and evidence.
- Mentor junior QA analysts and provide technical guidance.
Minimum requirements:
Education Requirements:
- Requires a bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or closely related field.
Experience requirements:
- 5+ Years of experience in Quality Assurance and software testing.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Hands-on testing experience with SAP SuccessFactors Modules EC, Recruiting, ONB, Compensation or SAP HCM.
- Integrations Testing experience using Dell Boomi.
- Proficiency in test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira and HP ALM.
- Experience testing enterprise applications, including HR, Payroll, Finance, or ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Exposure to test automation tools is a plus
Certification Requirement (Good to have)- Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA)
- Certified Software Test Engineer (CSTE)
- ISTQB Certified Software Tester
- Certified Software Quality Engineer (CSQE)
