Senior Analyst, Software Engineering | Senior Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead requirements gathering and elicitation by engaging with stakeholders to understand and document business needs.
• Analyze data trends and metrics to generate actionable insights for business strategies.
• Create and analyze process maps (using BPMN, Visio, etc.) to identify inefficiencies and recommend workflow optimizations.
• Lead cross-functional project teams ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical implementations.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including business requirements documents, use cases, process flows, and user manuals.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to facilitate clear communication and understanding.
• Oversee testing and validation efforts including user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure deliverables meet requirements.
• Support change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions for stakeholders, including training and addressing concerns.
• Contribute to strategic planning with data-driven insights and market trend analysis.
• Identify and propose mitigation strategies for project risks.
