Senior Analyst- Revenue Reporting

Purpose of the Job:

To present a true and accurate picture of the company's financial performance through timely reporting, ensuring revenue recognition from both external and internal customers as per agreements and IT reports (Prepaid/Postpaid/IUC & Roaming), while maintaining compliance with all applicable statutory regulations.

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead a team of 3-4 professionals. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in journal accounting, the AR module, and Record to Report (R2R) processes. This role involves overseeing daily finance operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, driving projects aimed at improving efficiency and optimizing FTE resources, and regularly liaising with the Operating Companies (OpCo).

Deliverables:

• Oversee journal entries, ensuring accuracy along with compliances and manage the AR module, ensuring timely invoicing and reconciliation.
• Handle the end-to-end process, including month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data accurately.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Lead projects focused on optimizing FTE utilization through automation and process enhancements.
• Lead and manage a team of 4-5 finance professionals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business needs

Educational Level :

Must have: Commerce Graduate

Desired: MBA Finance

Must Have :Strong knowledge of accounting principles

Working Experience:

Must have: 4-5 Years

Must have Strong knowledge of Excel and ERP systems (Oracle or similar).
