Key Responsibilities
Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain and manage FM, ERP, and reporting systems ensuring high data accuracy, integrity, and regular backups
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports covering operational, financial, and compliance requirements
- Collect, validate, and analyze business, vendor, and financial data to support decision-making
- Develop and maintain historical databases and audit-ready documentation for statutory and internal compliance
Dashboarding & Analytics
- Design and maintain dashboards and reporting templates for tracking budgets, operational costs, KPIs, and service performance metrics
- Support management reporting with insights derived from data analysis
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of operational performance indicators
Administration & Facility Support
- Support office administration activities including helpdesk logs, attendance records, vendor lists, and service tracking
- Assist in documentation and reporting for meetings, events, and administrative operations
- Maintain structured records of vendor and operational activities for reference and compliance
Audit & Compliance Support
- Assist in internal and external audit preparation by ensuring availability of accurate records and reports
- Respond to data and documentation requests from stakeholders and auditors
- Ensure compliance with organizational data policies and confidentiality standards
- Maintain proper documentation for regulatory and statutory requirements
Process Improvement & Automation
- Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting and administrative processes
- Support implementation of digital workflows and reporting tools to improve efficiency
- Assist in improving existing MIS and data management systems
User Support & Training
- Provide basic technical support and guidance to users of reporting and ERP systems
- Conduct user training sessions for data entry, reporting tools, and system usage
- Ensure proper adherence to data handling and reporting standards
