Job Description

We are supporting a global investment operations team seeking a Senior Analyst to strengthen its reconciliation function within Private Credit, Syndicated Loans, and CLO portfolios. This role sits at the intersection of fund operations, asset servicing, and post-trade controls, requiring strong technical expertise and close collaboration with global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily cash and position reconciliations across multiple funds using reconciliation platforms
  • Process and review principal activities such as drawdowns, paydowns, and interest events within portfolio systems
  • Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks by liaising with agent banks, trustees, custodians, and internal teams
  • Monitor upcoming corporate actions, contract amendments, and agent notices impacting portfolios
  • Ensure all transactions are accurately reflected in core investment systems
  • Escalate unresolved breaks and risks in a timely and structured manner
  • Support system testing, UAT, and integration initiatives
  • Contribute to SOP documentation and participate in internal training programs
  • Collaborate with global teams across operations, accounting, and technology

Key Requirements

  • At least 5 - 8 years of experience in cash and position reconciliations, ideally using reconciliation tools
  • Experience in Private Credit, Syndicated Loans, or CLO operations is highly preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capability
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, global environment
