The Global Ordering Strategy Operations Enablement team plays a critical role in supporting Global Order Management through conducting Quality Assurance audits to ensure order booking accuracy, identify potential issues, assess risks and drive root cause analyses (RCAs). Additionally, the team also supports E&Y, BA&A, and other Internal Audit teams on matters related to internal and statutory audits.
With the order booking process undergoing rapid transformation toward automated booking, the demand for robust quality assessment and proactive risk mitigation has become increasingly vital to safeguard compliance and operational integrity.
