Key Responsibilities:
Product Management
- Knowledge of Oracle FCCS, ARCS, DRM SaaS applications
- Hands-on configuration of Oracle products as per requirements
- Awareness of financial regulations such as IFRS, US GAAP, India Taxes (GST/ICDS)
- Worked on Essbase Calc Manager functions, rules, and formulas
- Profile creation, integration, and data reconciliation in ARCS
- Staying updated on Oracle Cloud EPM processes and releases
- Identifying gaps in Oracle solutions with respect to business needs
Bug & User Issue Resolution
- Coordinating with Oracle Support to resolve issues and implement enhancements
- Conducting UAT and securing sign-offs
- Supporting DRM processes for MDM
- Knowledge of Oracle TRCS application (good to have)
- Flexibility to work UK timings as required
Delivery
- Prioritizing requirements in the pipeline with stakeholders
- Performing requirements analysis and walkthroughs with the development team
- Resolving configuration issues and suggesting workarounds
- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas, status updates, and challenges
- Documenting and communicating results effectively
- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements
- Performing smoke testing when required
