Objective:

As an Employment Verification Analyst/Sr. Analyst, you will be responsible for contacting organizations and employers via telephone, email, or social media to gather information and perform verifications, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the verification process.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Verify tenure, compensation, and performance of candidates with their previous organizations.
• Ensure all verification requests are completed within the agreed Turnaround Time (TAT).
• Maintain high-quality standards for verification reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and escalate issues as required to ensure timely resolution.
• Work collaboratively with the team to optimize verification processes and improve overall quality.

Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and computer skills for data management and reporting.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Previous experience in telecalling or similar roles is preferred.
