- Work on various investment transactions for performing/non-performing loan portfolios, real estate and specialty financing.
- Analyze and comprehend modelling inputs from documents such as information memorandums, rent roll, valuation reports, facility agreements and other legal reports and help onboard the deals on Oxane's tech platform
- Guide & work with the implementation team through the product implementation and post implementation cycles
- Assist the client in their specific needs for ad-hoc analytics, portfolio monitoring, surveillance and
reporting
- Act as Business analyst for Platform features, client changes and issues working closely with
development team
- Act as extended client team for asset management reporting, financial due diligence, post-deal
analysis and business planning
Requirements
- MBA, PGDM, or equivalent PG with major in Finance/IT and alike streams, B.E. /B. Tech preferred. Strong acumen for engineering technology-driven solutions will be preferred.
- Good understanding of financial concepts and understanding of Excel, SQL, Python (must have – intermediate level)
- Good attention to detail and a logical thought process to analyze large amounts of qualitative and quantitative data
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter personality and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Keen interest and appreciation of technology with relevant work experience. Prior development/IT experience would be an added advantage
