Key Responsibilities
- Handle air ticketing bookings with precision and efficiency.
- Address and resolve employee inquiries and issues related to travel arrangements.
- Manage multiple tasks, itineraries, and schedules seamlessly.
- Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, with clients and team members.
- Collaborate with team members to build a positive working culture and ensure smooth operations.
- Utilize MS Excel for various tasks related to travel arrangements and data management.
- Apply MIS data analytical skills to optimize travel processes and provide insights.
Qualifications And Requirements
- IATA qualification is mandatory.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a travel agent or in the travel industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address and resolve travel-related issues effectively.
- Outstanding proficiency in managing multiple tasks, itineraries, and schedules.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
