Job Summary
The Senior Analyst, Model Execution and Analysis, is responsible for assisting with model execution activities including data collection and preparation, review and challenge of model inputs, execution of statistical and non-statistical models, detailed performance analysis of model outputs, testing necessary model adjustments, and other ad-hoc analysis as required. Additionally, this role will assist in preparing input for insightful and actionable presentations of supporting materials to internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership, auditors, and regulators.
Essential Job Functions
- Execute assigned models to produce outputs as required. Analyze model inputs, processing, and outputs to glean actionable insights for management. Proactively enhance model execution processes, related control environment, and derived insights. - (25%)
- Extract data, conduct exploratory analysis, troubleshoot, and identify the best analytical techniques for business problems. Document processes and results. Support solution implementation and monitor impact. Influence change, prioritize critical initiatives, and identify solutions. Summarize key insights for operations and strategic decision-making. - (25%)
- Present key findings and recommended solutions to internal and external stakeholders. Develop key content for analytical presentations that are easy to understand and insightful for non-technical audiences. - (20%)
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills with partners. Show leadership by driving projects to meet milestones, analyzing business problems, recommending solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders. High attention to detail and accuracy by analyzing data and drawing informed conclusions. - (15%)
- Maintain complete and accurate model development documentation and operational processes and procedures. Perform model monitoring and maintenance, review and remedy when necessary. - (15%)
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business or related field of study
- 2+ years of experience working in consumer credit
- 2+ years of experience using SQL
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in Python
- Experience working in credit cards
