Senior Analyst

You bring relentless critical thinking and business perspective to the table.

In this role, you will support the team to conduct secondary (analytically and scientifically-based) research, and work closely with project management to create high-quality project materials and customer deliverables. You will:

• Prepare for and attend (as needed) customer meetings and presentations as the primary note taker to summarize next steps and action items
• Create PowerPoint slides and Excel spreadsheets that provide guidance and direction
• Use your skills to provide research and data analysis, problem solving, critical thinking, and strategic communication of findings on projects
• Frame and execute project objectives (e.g., identification of relevant sources, data processing, analysis, and quality checking accuracy)
• Create and document project activities including meeting minutes, status reports, and other customer communication and project administration
• Maintain regular communication with project management and leadership
• Actively participate in company-sponsored events, trainings and professional development opportunities, meetings, and company initiatives

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• Understanding of biopharmaceutical and consulting/service industries
• Experience in research and data analysis (e.g., organization of sources, data processing, and quality checking accuracy for pre-defined problems)
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel

Desired Requirements:

• Graduate degree in business or life sciences
• Strong presentation skills
• Ability to travel (10-20%)
